JOTUN PENGUARD EXPRESS B12

Jotun Penguard Express B12 is a two component amine cured epoxy coating. It is a fast-drying, micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigmented, high solids, high build product.

Penguard Express B12 conforms to the requirements of BS5493:1977. Ideal for new construction or maintenance where fast dry to handle and over-coating times are required. Can be used as a primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, aluminium, concrete and galvanised steel substrates. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.

Suitable for structural steel and piping to be exposed to corrosive environments up to very high and immersed. Recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and mining equipment. Approved to meet the requirements of UK Highway Agency Item 112 for use on bridges and highway infrastructure.
