Watco Powerfloat Primer enables coatings to be applied to hard, smooth surfaces which would usually reject paint. Avoid using any coating that includes a strong solvent. For more information, please download a product datasheet from the quick links below.Please note: Whilst Powerfloat Primer avoids the use of mechanical preparation, diamond grinding or shot blasting does provide a better finish overall and is recommended. Colour Options: Light Grey/ClearCuring times: The following is based on good ventilation and a floor temperature of 15 -20°CWith all epoxy coatings such as Watco Epoxy Gloss Coat or Safety Coat: Allow the Primer to dry for 16 hours, but no longer than 72 hours before overcoating
With Watco Concrete Floor Paint, Flexicoat and Safety Grip Flex: Allow the Primer to dry for at least 5 days before overcoating
With polyaspartic coatings such as Cold Set Coating or Safety Coat Cold Cure: Allow the primer to dry for at least 16 hours but no longer than 72 hours before overcoating
