Penguard Express speeds up the paint schedule in production. It serves as a primer, mid-coat, finish coat, or a single coat system in up to very high atmospheric corrosive environments. This fast-drying, high-solids, high-build coating suits new construction applications that require quick dry-to-handle and over-coating times. It applies effectively at sub-zero surface temperatures.
